Is it safe to ship animals overnight?

Yes, it is incredibly safe to ship animals overnight as long as temperatures are safe through their journey. Fedex uses major hubs around the United States for a “pitstop” to transfer their packages to respective planes. As long as these hubs are in safe operating temperatures there should be no problem shipping animals.

Shipping during the pandemic

Fedex, like other companies have hit a slow down of their shipping capabilities. As such, I only ship from hub to hub. A hub being a major fedex shipping center near you and can vary in distance from 5 minutes to up to an hour. We can work together to find a hub nearest you for pickup.
 

Shipping Method

We ship overnight via Fedex. Shipping is priced on total items purchased. Shipping varies by your location and can be anywhere from $20-90 usd depending on your location.
 

Payment plans and exchanges

Payment plans will only occur if accepted by us via facebook message, email, text, or call on orders totaling over $300. Invoices will be sent through Square. Paypal is accepted if discussed beforehand but not preferred as animal sales are against their TOS.

Exchanges can only occur if contact has been established with us within 48 hours of receiving your reptile or supplies. Shipping charges are to be paid by the sender. Returned food such as pangea, or repashy will not be refunded.
